Discuss BLBs here. I will put good posts and information in here:

BLBs are files for making bricks.

Oh, here's something that helped me understand UVs a lot more:
Quote
In case you're wondering, UV mapping stands for the technique used to "wrap" a 2D image texture onto a 3D mesh. "U" and "V" are the name of the axes of a plane, since "X", "Y" and "Z" are used for the coordinates in the 3D space. For example: increasing your "U" on a sphere might move you along a longitude line (north or south), while increasing your "V" might move you along a line of latitude (east or west).

EDIT: forget. I hit 'quote' instead of 'modify'. >.<

You can still take out the quote tags.

This is another bit I left somewhere: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=78773.msg1361462#msg1361462

I don't even know what else is left to elaborate on the subject.

Hope some one reads this.

Attempting a 2x2 L shaped brick, and plate.

How would the .BLB exactly go?
I can't make out the grid, for some reason.

Could any one direct me on this?  I'll keep up on this process.

I don't know how to tell what the quad numbers should be.

Brick goes like this.

That's for a 2x2x3 L shaped brick, but I heard Ephialtes and TheGeek were already working on something like this for v13.

The number in quad areas says how many faces there are in the quad area. You should try modifying an already existing brick's format, you don't seem to have grasped the setup properly to do it manually.

Alright, thanks.
