Also, I tried going through all the mods looking for the reason why it inv pkt. I have been told that its one of the weapons(he said that it worked when all of my weapons disabled)

You let people onto your server when you had an earlier version of one of your shape files, they loaded it, then you edited it. Rename whatever that one was and you're good to go.
