How do you make the avatars move?

What'd you use to resize it?

I have a Macintosh so I use Preview. In preview one of the things next to file, edit and such is a button called "Tools". I clicked on it and then it says "Adjust Size" So I resized each image/frame so that they where all 75X75. Is there something wrong that i did?
