Could someone resize this animation for me so that it would have an actually good quality with a black border around it?
I won't mind if you cut something out a bit (left, right) I just want it to look good.

It's going to look bad no matter how you resize it to that size. It's only 75 pixels across and 75 pixels high. You could try and vector over it that might look better.

The original picture was resized to 135 x 108

The black border is 75 x 60

and the final product should be like the attached file. JUST animated.
