It's a hilarious movie from 1989 starring 'Weird Al' Yankovic, in which he plays George Numan, and his uncle buys an abandoned TV station known as "Channel 62" it's very low budget, has a lot of parodies (hence Weird Al) and is pretty freakin' hilarious
