How do i put Blockland folder in C:\?

i think i found the problem for my add-ons not installing. i need Bl folder is C:\, not C:\ProgramFiles\. Anyone have ANY idea how to do it? My System is Windows Vista, so since it is Vista, i need to put BL folder in C:\, Which is STRONGLY recomended. so pleas help and make me a Happy, Happy old man.

1. Find the Blockland folder in C:\Program Files
2. Right-click it and select Cut.
3. Go to C:\ (just open My Computer and click on Local Disk C:)
4. Right-click anywhere where there's not already another folder and select Paste.
5. Your Blockland folder is now in C:\. Install all future add-ons to C:\Blockland

(I think this is how you do it; I don't have Vista, but what I said sounds like the way you would do it.)
