1 - It's just a song. In case you haven't noticed, pretty much the only ones who acknowledge or know internet memes are basically teenagers like everyone here, I highly doubt they did that just to remind everyone of it.
2 - The music on youfail.org is a Christmas tune, and it's December. Makes sense, doesn't it?
