RTB download links not working

Can anyone else click the link to download on those topics without bringing you to forum homepage of rtb?  It is really ticking me off, when I finally find the add-on and none of the download link works.  And when I search on the RTB site for that add-on, there is none.

Those are from RTB2.

Ephi gave like two weeks in advance for everyone to download/backup their files so that they can be re-upped to RTB3. Nothing from RTB2 is transferred to RTB3.
