The attachment is what my skin looks like but its supposed to look like this!

I use Window Blinds for skins.

Honestly, I like the Windows Classic skin better than the skin you're trying to use...a lot better.

Oh wait, don't use windowsblinds, it loads extra crap. Patch the windows files for custom themes.
