Author Topic: I might get a PS3 in 2010, what should I get for it?  (Read 6090 times)

I could go shouting numbers too, but I don't feel like running upstairs and back a few dozen times to get everything.

Where is this superior content? How is the Xboxs online store better then the PSN?

Why are you treating a opinion like fact?

257 on the arcade, 21 games on demand, over 500 indie games, 31 xbox originals.

Doesn't mean they're good, necessarily.  Quality over quantity.

I personally find them better, then again, Sony's PSN store is great, never hated it, I even bought from it 13 times.

two's a comin.

No. Its not. They have add ons for it that you download. You dont buy a new game.

You simply didn't answer my question. You shouted out a few numbers and that's it.

It also seems that you aren't taking my comment into consideration.

I would really hate to judge anyone by infering, but I think you're acting as if I've never experienced PSN and hate Sony because I own a 360, I don't.

Besides, I never said that the PS3 is completely bad because of it. In fact, I think that it's a great console.

Alright then. I'll drop it.
We're quite offtopic as it is. It seems every topic related to buying or selling a console turns into an argument nobody seems to win no matter how many valid, invalid and opinionated arguments/comments are made.

Anyways, I have to go to bed. Getting late and I have a test tomorrow.

QFT. Good luck on your test.  :cookieMonster:

Oh come onnnnnn, PS3's graphics are really good if you actually take the time and use it PROPERLY with a 1080p HD Screen. They are that much better.

Also, PS3 = All games HD
PS3 HD = Blu Ray
Blu Ray = Best HD Disc

And

360 = Only movies HD
Only movies = HD DVD (OBSOLITE.)
Therefore 360 = No HD.

Oh yeah, forgot to point out also Playstation network is Free. You don't need to pay anything monthly or any of that bullstuff for any games.

Yes, PS3 has some terrible games. It also has a smaller community. 360 has benifits there.

So really, if you like playing online games with tons of people and have the money to afford Xbox Live, then go ahead and get a 360.

If you like Clean and nice looking HD graphics for movies and games as well as free online play, get a PS3. Note that the Slim is only on for $299 right now.

Edit:
Not to mention PS3's are loud as forget. If I ever got one, it would just be for some games and the BluRay player.

What the forget are you talking about. I have three PS3's, and my neighbor has a 360. You can't hear the PS3 at all unless you shove your ear in it's ass. 360 is louder.

that last statement really shows a lack of intelligence.360 =no tv HD, but with the capacity to play games in tv HD is illogical. As Bisjac pointed out on page 2, 1080p is 1080p. The only "quality" difference is bullstuff that you assume is there due to advertising.
