antways how do you install an avatar in the forums?

Go to your profile and click "Forum Profile Information"...

To keep the transparent parts in images, you must resize it yourself by using something like GIMP, Paint.NET or Photoshop

Otherwise the forums will resize it and make it a .jpg and lose the transparency
