Help with controls

See my cat walked on my keyboard and set the controls weirdly, i fixed it but i can no longer scroll to get my tools or different paint colors (except if i press E, but that only can get me top ones). Any help please? Anyone who can help me wins a free  ;)

Have you tried resetting the controls to default and then re-mapping the key binds to your preferred controls?

I can do this is less time. Go to controls and set controls to default. VIA the set to default button.

I set it to laptop keyboard and 2 mouse thing by mistake. So resetting wouldn't help much.
Can you switch 2 buttons and laptop keyboard?

Only reason im jumping at this, is because i helped someone on my server the other day with the exact same problem.
You seem fairly intelligent, ill save tinypics space and just jump to it.
Options>Controls>

Unfortuneately, I can't help you get your scroll wheel fixed. I tried Something and mine started working again after i had a similar problem.

Yes. Clicking the "Defaults>>" button prompts you to choose your keyboard layout.

There's a button that say "Defaults >>" on the Controls menu.
