Really, i been Google places to watch live TV, but none of them have American channels, i want to watch my TV channel, without having a tv right next to me, just on my computer.

anyone know of a program that has American Channels?

Tv decoder card. Also ask your cable service provider for ANTOHER set-top box for the TV service.

Windows media center does this. It can stream and let you record the tv like your own personal TiVo.
