Lights Glitch (All BL Lights)

I've had this glitch for a long time, and  I'm getting fed up with it.  Can anyone help me with this?

Update your video card drivers and download This exe and put it in your main blockland folder. Let it overwrite. If that doesn't work, re-install blockland with no addons. If it still doesn't work, Then I dunno.
