I need help, I think my computer is messed up, it won't let me open Add-Ons!

Okay, whatever you may think, this is not like the last two topics I made. This is about how when I don't unzip the file, drag it to my add-on folder, and then open blockland, start a game, and press the add-on button, IT DOESN'T SHOW UP!!!

I think my computer may be messed up.

Is this normal?
