ok i found a wallpaper i want but it's either too big or too small i need it to be 1024 by 768, the image is the top left :/

When you apply it and mark off Fill Screen, it will resize. Done.

It sounds like basic knowledge to do that. If you can't do it yourself, you probaly never will :/
