Their is no reason to manipulate chat. As I have said before, it is called banning. Quick, easy, and solves the problem. But why didn't he ban? Simple, he didn't want to do things the easy way. He simply wanted to abuse that console command and was desperately looking for someone to use it on.Their is no justification for a bullstuff move like that.
