Also, go into options>controls and you'll find rotate bricks somewhere in there.

If you don't have a numpad it is the u and the o key

Did you just buy the game? Anyway, just go to the escape menu then go to options then a little tab with the word "Controls" will be on the top click it and scroll down to Rotate Brick CW and Rotate brick CCW and put in the keys you are most comfortable with. If tou are using a laptop I'd suggest - and = keys if you are using a Desktop I'd suggest 9 and 7 Numpad. That is all I have to say if you still can't do it sucks to be you...
