Author Topic: .map exporter for blender?  (Read 1682 times)

Blender has a .map exporter but I do not know how to use it. I exported two basic cubes but only one appeared. Is there any tutorial on .map exporting for blender?

Sadly, TC treats the shape as a single object.

But it doesn't really matter, I tried exporting a model to TC, it's a mess. A complete mess. Unneeded faces everywhere, double vertices and such.
It would require some heavy clenup in TC to get decent results.

I don't see what's so bad about constructor.

Everyone tries to use it as a mesh editor, when it's not meant to be used like that. Then they complain about how it doesn't work etc.

I get missing faces, random streaks all over and tons more crap.

You can save the files as a .map

I'm farely sure you can just do File > Save > Blahblahblah.map
