Missing file making it impossible to load some servers

This has been happening more and more when I try to load some servers (always the same ones, not a random thing): at some point during loading datablocks, I get sent back to the title screen with a popup that says:

(ExplosionData: Couldn't load shape "Add-Ons/Weapon_PlasmaC/explosionsphere1.dts")

The file doesn't exist on my comp and I don't know where to get it. Anyone know a fix?

The map must be borked. I'd turn off DL's.

This is most likely the server's fault, maybe a corrupt version of the Plasma Cannon. Back in V9, there was a certain weapon I had enabled that stopped some people from joining the server. 50% of people joined without a problem, the other half had an error when they tried to join. If it is possible, get the server owner to disable the add-on.

I had this same problem, simply download the Plasma Cannon HERE and then place it into your add-ons folder. If it asks to replace the old one hit "replace". You should now be able to join those servers.

Thanks, that solved the PlasmaC problem, but now I'm getting similar messages about EB_Laser sometimes... stupid abbreviated folder names. Putting them into the search doesn't help me find the original addons.
