Port Forwarding, It's not working, and I'm not an idiot.

Out of nowhere port forwarding stopped working. A few days ago I could host fine, today, I can't. I checked to be sure I had the correct IP address and port range entered, and it's all fine. I've turned off my firewall and all security programs but it's still not working, my server just appears as dead. As far as I know I'm doing everything correctly, help please? D:

Did you set up a static IP?

If so, your IP may have been changed and that is mostly the cause.

I didn't, but I checked and made sure I had my current IP set.

But now I have a new problem. I reset my router to factory settings, and now on my client table, my computer is ghost, it just doesn't appear on the list.
