Author Topic: Why do all my headsets break?  (Read 2292 times)

I like my new headset.

I used to have a pair like that. Be careful, the cords attaching the headset to the volume change deeley on the cord itself are fragile.

Thank you for the warning.

I have desktop speakers and a desktop Microphone, headphones are an easy way to destroy your ear drums. Bass wins!

My earphones ate my cat twice

At least it has seven more lives.

My current headphones fell apart, and I have to face a certain way to hear out of the right ear.
They suck D=

IT"S 2012 ALREADY
ok back on topic all my headsets are fine

My cat ate my earphones twice

I'd rather have my cat eat my earphones, my brother destroys my earphones by chewing on them. My current one is all chewed up and only works from one ear.

Four of our headsets broke

Xbox Headsets
One broke cause i dropped it, didn't drop far either and the gray earpiece broke off
This one broke cause i have anger management issues and i think i may have bent the plug slightly, so i can't seem to talk very well with it (And i can't hear any talk)

PC Headsets
This headset is a Plantronics non-USB headset, not sure why it shorted out, but that's supposedly what happened
There was one before the Plantronics one, which was a USB headset, i forget why it broke and what broke
This non-USB Halo 2 Vista headset came before the two headsets stated above, one day my bro was testing it, and our cats were running around the room and catapulted the headset off my brother's head and the plastic piece holding the mic onto the headphones broke, the mic still works, it's just that the plastic piece can no longer be readjusted after having it glued into one position, although occasionally when adjusting the headphone volume on it, the sound may drop out of one headphone or the other, it takes a bit to adjust the sound so it's heard in both headphones
