I dunno the exact name for this app, but its basically allows you to make a flip animation video by drawing on the app. It "shadows" the previous picture to help you, and you can also set a background picture for each frame to draw off of or to deform.
Just search up Flip animation on the app store, should bring it up. There's a lite version that allows you to use 10 frames.
