Author Topic: Resolutions disappeared? Unable to change bit depth?  (Read 597 times)

I just noticed that my 1280x1024 windowed resolution has disappeared. I have had it there before, but now it only appears when I select fullscreen. Also, it appears that regardless of what I do the bit depth resets to "default". Which appears to be 16bit and it looks horrible. 32bit is only stays in fullscreen. Help?

I never had it in the first place.

What is your desktop resolution?  You can only pick a windowed resolution that will fit on the screen including the window border and title bar.  In previous versions of Blockland it would allow you to pick resolutions that would not fit on the screen, this has been fixed.

In windowed mode, you cannot select a bit depth different from your desktop.  You are probably running your desktop in 16 bit mode.

Desktop resolution is 1680x1050, 32 bit.

A 1280x1024 window does not fit on a 1680x1050 screen if you include the window border.

My refresh rate keeps setting itself to 75 hertz even though I set it to 60 hertz every time I open the options menu.
