Are you in a minigame? If so, Ctrl + K and you'll get them back, but most importantly...
Have you even binded a key for tools?

Turn off RPCore and all its RP Content (RP Crime, RP Money, etc.).

Did you get that evil RP stuff? cause i had this problem when i got it. then i removed it, i had my tools again.
