The moment I'm having to wake up in the mornings early I can't sleep at all.
I'll just lie there, twisting and turning, trying to get to sleep. And then it starts to pop into my head about times and stuff.
"It's Midnight now, I need to get up at 6:30. That's not a good ammount of sleep. However I did sleep in for a bit yesterday so I have like, an extra bit of energy.
