I can't open it because it's running, but I have no way of getting to it, to play a game. What should I do? Now it won't launch. Fixed. Discuss Steam I guess.

Ctrl Alt Delete.
Task Manager.
Click Processes.
Click "Steam.exe".
Click "End Process".
Click "OK."
Relaunch.

Click "End Process".
It was a wonderful day when I figured out how to end processes.

You should google stuff before asking it here.

"I got my cousin prego. What do I do?"

Pandan, unless you provide a useful link you found off Google, saying that's not real helpful.

New Problem.

cigarettet.

EDIT: newproblem.
Run it in a compatibility mode.

I don't understand you. You complain about how brutal everyone here is, and yet you're just as bad.

Unfortunately, I'm using Vista. Fortunately, by running it from the Start Menu search bar, it started working.

Vista has task manager.

All versions of windows have task manager.

It can be opened by right clicking the task bar and clicking task manager too.

Yeah, I know, I was talking to Pandan.

If I'm being brutal by telling you to google something.

Then I feel terribly sorry for you.

Whenever someone I know that I like has a tech problem, I Google the answer and give it to them.

Whenever someone I don't know has a tech problem and they ask nicely I'll Google the answer for them.

Whenever someone I don't know and/or don't like has a tech problem I'll tell them to Google it themselves and I'll usually add "bitch".
For example: Wynd_Fox asked: "hou to instal ubuntu" I replied: "Google it bitch".

All the answers you seek can be found on Google, I know this, you should know this, If you don't know this then you should be taught, insults help the lesson stick (IMO).
