Audio problem

Hi, I've had this problem ever since i changed to my laptop. In blockland all the sounds are fine, but when someone hammers me in first person, or does any other loud noise near me, I get total ear rape. The sound is Amplified about 10 times.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I get same problem Bass 1 music, first person just a big BMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM no noise, probably just the speakers
