TDM weapon damage

hello out there blockland, I need some help, my TDM game-mode isn't working properly. I work weeks at a time making builds, but when i start the tdm and shoot an enemy it has no effect. why does it not work for me but for others?

If you have the zombie gamemode, turn on friendly fire

Also try to disable Zombies are people too if you have it. The mod screws with TDM
