Adding to the Russia topics
Note: quite a bit of this is far fetched, such as the civil war, and possibly 2038 bug.

tl;dr for the site:
John titior said he is a time traveler from 2036, stopping by here to get his family out of the way of some hurricanes, as a side trip. His main mission was to go to 1975 and get an ibm computer that can translate between a few different programming languages. he needs this computer because russian nukes and emps pretty much forgeted up the technology they should have been able to use to solve a 2038 linux bug similar to y2k. he said WW3 starts in 2015, middle east nukes each other, america attacks ME and russia i think, russia nukes us pretty hard. china, korea and japan were annexed, and it was pretty short. he predicts quite a few things that happen in the near future, like mad cow disease and an earthquake that killed 100k people. he left march 7th 2001 i believe (i'm not using the site as reference right now) and has not been heard from again.
tl;dr tl;dr guy from 2036 came back for an old as stuff computer and says 90% are going to die.
