In the future, please try not to be so demanding when you ask questions. Anyway, to post pictures, first you must upload the picture to an image hosting site, such as Photobucket or TinyPic. Once you've done that, copy the address of the picture and paste it in between [img][/img] tags.

Here's an example:
[IMG]http://i883.photobucket.com/albums/ac31/Kyzor/ce2cc453.jpg[/IMG]

And that would look like this:

or when replying, click additional options and attatch a file

When your typing it, press additional options. Then, you should see an "Attach" Thing. Find the "Browse" button, click it, and press the picture you want, then there you go! Hope I helped.
