To me, this represents a question, confusion, arguments, anger, silence, more arguments, options, more silence, happiness, understanding, and silence for the last time.

I interpreted it as:
Plus plus plus underscore underscore underscore period period period period period period period period?
Underscore right-angle-bracket.
Left-angle-bracket right-angle-bracket.
Plus plus plus slash slash slash slash exclamation-point exclamation-point exclamation-point exclamation-point!
Percent pound money percent at pound money at at percent at money at pound exclamation-point exclamation-point exclamation-point!
(Period period period period period period period)
Exclamation-point exclamation-point exclamation-point exclamation-point!
And and and and carrot percent percent and and percent
period period period period period period pound pound pound dash dash
Tilde tilde tilde tilde tilde tilde tilde tilde tilde tilde tilde tilde
Apostrophe minus plus minus equals dash dash dash dash
Period period period period period period period period period period period period period period period period period period period.
But that's just me.
