V14 Problem

Ok, here's my problem. I have V14, and I've been waiting SO long to host a server, but when it gets to that, no one can connect to my server! I DO have V14 as stated before, so what's the problem?

UPnP enabled? And also, look in the clarifications before posting here.

Yeah, and have port 28000 open. (it's 28000 I think)

Just because the port is open doesn't mean that it will work. It also has to point that port to the computer LAN IP.
