same thing for me, but when i save and quit, it just grows dust, mites, and cobwebs in my save folder from never being opened

...ever again

I just cant start things, I pretty much have to help people make thier builds because its so hard for me to start things.

your problems are, you all use mods.
play basic blockland and learn to blockland correctly.

I completely agree.

I joined games like Blockland, Roblox and Minecraft. All building games, Yet strangely all I want to do is kill people. Why? Because building is boring.

Well you wasted your money.

I watched someone make a good build today, and everyone who joined the server complimented the maker of the build. No one complimented the person who had tons of kills in the DM I was in earlier. People complimented the builder because he did something they liked, and they could appreciate. Being "good" at fighting isn't hard, and it isn't rewarding at all. Being a good builder is far more useful than being a good fighter. People hate building mainly because they suck at it, and they suck at it because they hate it.

Start going to building servers instead of fighting servers if you want to get better.

Save good builds and deconstruct them. Learn how they made certain parts.

Work together with a good builder on a build. Today TheArmyGuy showed me how to make a good waterfall for a cubescape, and now I know how to do it. It won't be something I forget.

Don't build flat. Walls shouldn't always be flat in blockland. Look at all the best builds, and none of them are completely flat.

Layer your walls. Your inside wall shouldn't be the same brick as the outside wall if you are building a mansion, but for a wood shack it would be ok.

I like to have a reward for my building.
Sometimes it's just the ability to play in it afterwards, but sometimes I reward myself otherwise.

What's a good motivator for you?
Try using it to get you to work.

Or, try getting something you find more boring, like homework.
Set up a deal. A certain amount of homework done, and you can reward yourself with Blockland.
That way, you get a small bit of homework done, and you feel better at playing Blockland.
Then, after a short time on Blockland, do some more homework and repeat until you're done.
You could easily use Blockland as a studying technique.
