Game is not playable (Very much) because of problem

Whenever I spawn, I don't have any tools. I keep pressing my open tools button (Q), and it does not work. Why don't I spawn with my wrench, printer, and hammer??

Theres a change that you eathier deleted the files for those weapons, or one of you Add-Ons over rided the datablock, or something like that.
