I got a laptop from my school that I had to pay $3000 for.
Its worth it though, can play L4D2 with everything maxed out and absolutely no lag, where as my PC can't even handle counter strike on the lowest graphics settings possible.
Oh and it also came with photoshop and maya and all that other important stuff but thats another story.

I payed $600 for my computer. It can play games like Dirt 2 and GTA4 on high and get 30-40FPS

I'm probably going to save up for a better one, though. Or at least get GT 220 for a dedicated PhysX card
