What are they, and how do I make them?

I was trying to download the BioShock Models for Gmod, and it wouldnt work, so I pmed the creator guy and he said this:download make a folder in you addons put all material models files in the bioshock folder you made make sure to have a info file in the biohsock file if it doesnt work then your doing somehting wrong
Can anyone decode that and tell me what an info file is and how to make one?
I think i understand all except for the info files thing.

When you download the add-on it should have the info file in it already.

Well, something went wrong and the add-on wouldnt show up in my model list.  So i talked to this guy and he said to put all the material and model files into one folder. But what is a info file?

I really want these working, but I dont know how to get them working.

When you download the file, you should get bioshock_prt1.zip.

In that file should be a folder called bioshock_prt1.

Inside that folder should be two folders, materials and models, and a file named info.txt.

Take the bioshock_prt1 folder (the one inside the zip folder) and place it directly into your garrysmod addons folder (Steam/steamapps/USERNAME/garrysmod/garrysmod/addons).

I just downloaded, I did what the guy said but without the info file, and I went into Gmod, no file.

I went into browse, still no, but I happened to click all and the models were there.

Im happy now :3 Locking.
