Blockland having permission issues.

Hello, my friend is having some problems with his Blockland admin permissions.

He is using Windows 7 Ultimate.

When he first installed it, it was working fine. Then after about a week of v14 being out, it stopped starting up for him. No process would come up, nothing. So I took a look at it and I went into the Blockland directory and found that the .exe had a lock icon on it. I know this means that it's restricted to the current user (something about the file permissions and this addition to W7 called Bit Locker) but I have no idea how to fix it. If anyone could shed some light on this, we would both greatly appreciate it.

PS. The reason for me posting for him is he is dyslexic, you wouldn't be able to understand his question if he posted.

Right click on exe. Run as administrator.

Did that, doesn't work. We tried compatibility mode too.

Did you try reinstalling the game?

Yes, that's actually the only way we have found to fix it. We have to re-run the installer each time. That's such a nuisance though and shouldn't have to be done. I'm thinking his permissions are all out of whack, but I don't see how considering he is the only account besides the root/administrator account that microsoft puts in all their O/S.

Have you installed into C:/Blockland or C:/Program Files/Blockland ?
The first is what you will need to do unless you feel like disabling UAC and a few other features.

It's in C:\Blockland.
