Bad pings

For reasons unknown, I am getting the stufftiest pings of my life. It has to do with my router or my addons. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Normally my pings are NEVER this bad. What the hell is going wrong here?

How many computer's and Game consoles (xbox,ipod,iphone,etc.) do you have on the router?

One Iphone, A wii*Not in use atm*, My laptop, and 2 computers.

Turn off any torrenting programs on all computers, and stop using wireless.
That is my only solution.

What do you mean about 'Bad pings'? Do you mean "---" pings? That means the server is either dead or just cannot be pinged. Do you mean very high pings? Those on the picture don't look high, and if they are, disable all software that might slow down your connection to the Internet.

Actually 600 is quite high, and can make DMs unplayable.

And slow down your building speed by quite the number.
