We havent had snow in over a month and a half
It has never snowed here. (At least in the past 200 years.)

Didn't Texas get 11in not too long ago? My dad sent me a text, but I deleted it.

Yes.  That surprised me.  Texas is the only state that can complain about it.

It's snowing right now.
And it has been like that for 3 months.

A few weeks ago my state was under a state of emergency because of all the snow, got a week off of school because of it.

It can snow anytime when its under 0C.
You do realize that the temperature around snow clouds(5000-10000ft) are colder than on the ground?

When it's 0C/32F on the ground, it could be -5C/24.5F in the clouds.

He must be somewhere in the Mid-West With me. We had an inch of 2 or snow yesterday as well.
I was standing outside in the parking lot of my school when it started snowing, and within 5 minutes the entire parkinglot was covered
