How about windows? Make some different windows using some different strange bricks and see what you have after that.

Make a few normal sized windows, a couple of long windows, and several tiny windows.
Other than that, it's lookin' fine.

Exterior doesn't have enough variety. It degrades the overall look. Make more floors.
