My Add-On(not working)

I finished my first addon yesterday. i dont have any of the animations for it and idk if i exported it into .dts right. can someone check out my add on and tell me whats wrong with it? ill pm you with the link if you want to check it out.

I can "check it out", if you want, but please give it to me in the ms3d format, cos its the only one I can work with untill I read the Blender tutorial.
