I changed the size to 75x75, now it's only transparent.

If you changed it to 75x75 with a static image editor, it will stay static. Google 'gif resizer' to change it properly.

Most programs are packaged in .zips. You'll have to get over that.

That is, once again, for static images. You need a special ,gif resizer.
