Author Topic: How to export animation in MS3D?  (Read 1314 times)

Well, ive made a model with joints named an1 and an2. Then, I did the animation, it has 30 frames.
Its working, and I exported it. BUT in game, I cant shoot now and it doesnt show up! And, yes I did rename the thing in the script.
Here is da pic of my exporting.

I hope you help me :D

i wanna know how to MAKE something in ms3d.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think you need a .dsq for each animation.

I didn't understand this when I was learning animations either.

Make sure you have the statesequence line and the sequence is whatever your animation name is. Also have the transitionontimout time to be longer or your animation will move to quick to see.

Make the LOD's equal to 100.

Make the LOD's equal to 100.
What? My LODs are always 0 and this doesn't affect the animation.

Hm? Oh, I misread the original post.
Sorry.

Add a new sequence. Then make the frames it uses 0 - 30

That is for playertypes. I do not recommend making a playertype in milkshape.
All the animations are on one track. You cannot "add" animations like you can on blender.
