On topic: I would only give admin to people who seem decent. If they do something noobish, I could always de-admin/ban them, yes?

I may be wrong, but wasn't there a mod to control if an admin can Kick,Ban or wand things. If so you could make the admin have no power, Somebody asks for admin , you give them it, then when they find out they have no power they might leave and go cry in the corner.
