I believe you mean video card, not video driver.
Drivers are bits of complex software that makes your computer able to detect and use hardware (like video cards) inside the computer.

Everyone who has a video card needs to update their video driver some time if they wish to render 3d objects (games).

Click 'Start', 'Run' then type in 'dxdiag'.
Post all the information from the 'Display' tab.
