Can anyone help me get the rowboat and other turrets to work?

I started a server, made a AA Turet and hopped in. Or tried to. I walked on it like it was part of the map. I tried all of my turret-type vehicles and the rowboat. I think it is a conflicting add-on, but I don't know which one.
