I know some people on here were having problems with the subscription box. If you didn't want to watch the video, it wasn't letting you remove it when you click the small X. I found a temporary fix for that.
http://www.youtube.com/index_ajaxIf you're on that page it will let you remove the videos from the box. I just bookmarked that for when I go back to the homepage.
That should help people that have been having problems.
