Just curious: What's special about Windows 7 that lets you exit the program?

And have you tried just letting it run for a minute or so in case your computer is slow?

windows 7 lets you exit if program if frozen no matter what i think i should reinstall and computer is 4 Gb so thats alot of memory so it wont lag

XP can do that better. Open task manager, right-click on bad program, click go to process, end process. Never fails.
