go down until you see hookshot and rename it Weapon_Hookshot

You don't rename it Weapon_Hookshot. You rename it Weapon_Loz_Hookshot

And it's Tool_Blowtorch for blowtorch.
The blowtorch isn't a weapon...

The blowtorch is actually a tool, rename it Tool_blowtorch
